Alors que la marque Europe 2 tirera sa révérence dans quelques jours, le groupe Lagardère Active communique beaucoup sur les programmes et l'identité audiovisuelle de Virgin, tant pour la radio que pour la télévision. Ainsi, un
dossier de presse mis en ligne il y a quelques jours précise ce que sera l'habillage de Virgin 17, réalisé par l'agence
View (accompagné de
Start-Rec pour la partie sonore).
D'abord le logo, connu depuis déjà quelques temps grâce à un buzz actif sur le net, et le slogan "get more" confirment le ciblage de la chaîne : un public jeune, urbain, dynamique et peut-être même un peu "agité". Les visuels ci-dessous accentuent cette tendance : on devine des animations furtives avec de multiples détails. On reconnaîtra aussi l'influence "pop" décidemment très à la mode ces dernièrs mois et des références aux campagnes publicitaires de l'iPod ou de Citroën.
Antoine Nougaret, directeur artistique de Virgin 17, précise que cet habillage "est construit autour de la représentation onirique et graphique de l’influence de la musique sur l’esprit". Il nous promet un visuel "résolument nouveau, [bousculant] les codes graphiques de l’habillage TV pour raconter une vision de la musique, la musique vécue à travers l'auditeur. Le coeur du concept de l’habillage est cette part de rêve que l’on vient chercher dans la musique." Rien que cela !
Seules inconnues à ce jour : la typo et l'autopromo de Virgin 17. Pour les découvrir, rendez-vous le 31 décembre à minuit... A moins que le groupe Largardère ne décide de ne maintenir aucune surprise d'ici là !
